We never want finances to get in the way as we realize the small window of time we have to grow our children’s confident smiles or to get an adult’s smile back on track. We work hard to create payment plans for braces and Invisalign that work perfect just for you! The payment plan is open and can be paid off anytime you want! For your convenience, we only accept automatic payments from your bank for monthly payments.
We will aid in completion of a Canadian Association of Orthodontists insurance predetermination form prior to the start of your treatment. The forms you need to submit will be documents from your insurance carrier(s) to determine coverage.
Any invoices are made out to the patient or parent as we cannot bill nor receive payments from the insurance company directly. The payment receipt will need to be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement by the policyholder.
