Insurance

We will aid in completion of a Canadian Association of Orthodontists insurance predetermination form prior to the start of your treatment. The forms you need to submit will be documents from your insurance carrier(s) to determine coverage.

Any invoices are made out to the patient or parent as we cannot bill nor receive payments from the insurance company directly. The payment receipt will need to be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement by the policyholder.   Abraham is such an amazing place to go. They are not out to make you get all these treatments that are not necessary.  You will have the most friendliest people assist you.   I got my braces here, it's only been 4 days and there is already a difference in my teeth. I love this orthodontist, the workers are all so kind and some are even funny. Jen did my braces and she was funny, kind and always asked if I was OK.

  My daughter got her braces at Dr. Abraham Orthodontist. She finally got them off and is extremely happy with the results.  Our experience has been phenomenal. Dr. Abraham practice has been flexible when we needed to change appointments. His staff are very professional and friendly. They also provided a financial payment plan that worked for us. Would definitely recommend 👌

  Dr Abraham & his staff are kind, patient & full of grace when working with kids. The work they did on my daughter was absolutely amazing we owe so much to them as without them she wouldn’t have a front tooth at all.
